Meet
Our Team
Luis del Castillo studied Law and Business Administration and Management at the Complutense University of Madrid and later completed the Double Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and Business Law at the University of Navarra.

Partner
Luis has spent his career working within the professional services industry. He began practicing as a lawyer in a national law firm, worked as an in-house lawyer at BBVA and later began as a consultant and legal headhunter at a leading European firm. Luis has advised national and international law firms in the hiring of all types of lawyers, partners, and teams. Luis has also helped national and foreign companies from various sectors in opening new offices or creating new business divisions in Spain.
His career as a lawyer and as a consultant added to his passion for accompanying people and businesses have led him to establish himself as a benchmark to consult between top-tier firms and the most talented professionals.
Javier studied a double degree at the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB), Law Degree and Master in Stock Market and Financial Markets. In addition, he has a Master in Sustainable Finance and completed the Power MBA.
Javier Colilla Barreiro
Partner
Javier has an international and multidisciplinary profile. He began his professional career in London within the Corporate Advisory M&A team of Banco Santander and later worked as Legal Counsel in a Group of construction and infrastructure companies. In 2017, suddenly, he began his career as a headhunter, specializing in the legal sector, participating in the hiring of lawyers for both firms and companies. During this time, Javier has participated in the hiring of lawyers on behalf of a wide range of companies and national and international law firms in Spain.
Elena graduated in Law with an Economic Diploma at ICADE and subsequently completed the Double Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and Business Law also at ICADE.
Elena Aguayo Martínez-Sagrera
Consultant
Elena developed her professional career as a lawyer in national and international law firms and, subsequently, as an in-house lawyer in a company in the energy sector. After her career as a lawyer, she decided to take the leap to headhunting in order to value her knowledge of the legal market and her social skills. Elena, as a consultant and headhunter, advises clients both national and international in the recruitment of all types of legal and financial profiles.
